Information we process
CDS Verify processes account email addresses, password hashes, wallet and payment records, order history, assigned verification numbers, service names and verification status information needed to operate the service.
Verification codes
Verification codes are stored only as needed to deliver and display an order. The platform is designed to redact completed verification codes after a short retention period.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. CDS Verify records payment references, amounts and status but does not need to store your card PIN, mobile-money PIN or full payment credentials.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate customers, process wallet deposits, deliver orders, issue refunds, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain records and improve service reliability.
Service providers
Information necessary to fulfill an order may be sent to payment, hosting, database and verification providers. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Security
CDS uses server-side credentials, encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted administrator access and other reasonable technical controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
