1. Service
CDS Verify is operated by Center For Digital Solutions And Services and provides access to supported temporary verification-number services through third-party telecommunications providers. Availability, timing and upstream pricing can change.
2. Account use
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service only for accounts and activities you are authorized to verify.
3. Prohibited uses
You may not use CDS Verify for account takeover, impersonation, fraud, harassment, bulk account farming, government identity verification, banking or lending verification, financial or cryptocurrency KYC, referral/promotion abuse, or any activity that violates law or a third party's applicable rules.
4. Temporary numbers
Unless explicitly described as a rental, numbers are temporary and may be unavailable after an order ends. They should not be used as a long-term recovery method for important accounts.
5. Wallet and pricing
Prices are displayed in Ghana cedis before purchase. Wallet funds are used to purchase services. Retail prices may change when provider prices, exchange rates, payment costs or business pricing settings change.
6. Failed and completed orders
Provider allocation failures are automatically returned to the wallet. Completed orders where a verification code has been successfully delivered are generally not eligible for an order refund, subject to applicable law.
7. Suspension
CDS may restrict or suspend an account where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, chargebacks, security risk, prohibited use or attempts to bypass platform controls.
8. Third-party services
CDS Verify depends on third-party payment and verification providers. CDS does not control the policies, uptime or acceptance decisions of the website or app where you attempt to use a number.
